The Avision PaperAir 215 is a compact, portable scanner with ADF.
At 30 centimetres in length and weighing only 1.5 kg. The Avision PaperAir 215 has a built-in automatic document feeder (ADF) with a capacity of 20 sheets. With the innovative design of the ADF and front/rear trays, the PaperAir 215 can be easily placed in any workplace to increase workflow productivity.

Avision PaperAir 215- productive and flexible

The PaperAir 215 works at scanning speeds of up to 20ppm through its built-in 20-page automatic document feeder.

The PaperAir 215 has dedicated front and rear trays to handle plastic ID cards, driving licences and even embossed cards up to 1.25mm thick or paper up to Legal size in densities of 27 to 105 g/m2.

Front loading and straight-through paper path

In addition to a multi-page feeder, the scanner has an innovative Front Feed Tray to accommodate unusual paper sizes and weights, such as cuttings, fragile paper or embossed cards. The straight-through paper path ensures consistently high image quality and saves space in the equipment.

PaperAir Manager software

For the general consumer who may not have any knowledge of the scanner, Avision has introduced easy-to-use PaperAir Manager software without a TWAIN driver. Simply press the 'Scan' button and the job is done using the pre-set scanning settings. With PaperAir you have perhaps the easiest way to scan multiple pages regardless of size or colour.

With PaperAir Manager all documents will be scanned and the text from the image will be recognised and stored in a database. To search for a document, simply enter a keyword and your document will be found within seconds via the recognized text, file name or tag information.

The PaperAir 215 scanner allows you to automatically recognize and save images and text to Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint files.

You can attach the scanned image to your email application or print it using a printer instead of using a copier.
